簡單介紹一下所謂的TTS工具，以文字輸入您要說的話，按下播放按鈕就能透過電腦讀出語音。且可自行設定唸稿的速度、語調的音高與音量大小，完成後亦能轉存成 MP3、WAV等各種通用格式音效檔。
